Wedding Week Day Ten [-the honeymoon-]

In honor of our second wedding anniversary, each day for the next week or so I will be writing a little tidbit about our big day.  I love re-living all this special moments, so I hope you enjoy reading about it too!

Wondering why there’s more than 7 posts in my “wedding week”?  See my note at the top of yesterday’s post.

Here we are!  Our last and final day of wedding “week”.  I have loved reliving some of these special moments, and hope it wasn’t too boring for everyone to reminisce with me for 10 days. :)

Today I wanted to briefly recap our honeymoon!  We spent 8 lovely days in Maui, and it was so amazing!  We had the BEST time.

We waited a couple weeks after the wedding to leave on our honeymoon, which was initially because of Zack’s work schedule…but it ended up being really nice!  It gave us a little time to get settled into our new little apartment together, and just start getting used to the whole marriage thing. :)

In case you missed it here are my previous recaps:

  1. Looks like an absolutely amazing time!!! Someday I'll make it to Hawaii! :-)

  2. We went to Kauai and LOVED it!! Our next stop in Hawaii is Maui for sure!

  3. MAUI?! SO jealous! I had just started a new job, so we didn't get a honeymoon. :( It's basically my only wedding-related regret. I think we need a big trip soon to make up for it.

  4. Ahh!! It looks so amazing! All those sunset photos are incredible! And hey, we ate at Bubba Gumps on our honeymoon too! :)

  5. Oh my goodness what a beautiful place!! I bet you didn't want to leave! :)

  7. Sounds like a great trip!! My husband and I are currently contemplating Hawaii for our trip next year!

  8. what an awesome time! these pictures are great and I am sure will be a memory of a life time! soak it in- love it!

  9. These are beautiful!! Can't wait to check out the rest of the links from the wedding! I was in Waikiki a few years ago but I keep hearing how amazing Maui is . . . I might have to visit soon and see it for myself!
